The baby has been Painted Art w/ Genesis Heat Set Paints and given a realistic skin tone.
The baby has veins and mottling. 
*This is an Ethnic baby so the baby has ethnic shades of darker brown around the fingers/knuckles, toes, ankles, knees, elbows, and shoulders. 
Baby has been weighted with glass crushed beads, baby fat pellets and extra soft and fluffy polyester fill.
