Terms & Conditions:

  • Please Be Aware That I Do Not Offer Refunds on any deposits or Payments made during a payment plan. If you default on your payment plan, you  will lose 100%  of your money paid out. 

  • A minimum 30% Of the Overall Total Cost Including Taxes and Shipping Is Required Up-front & Is A Non-Refundable Deposit To Reserve Any Doll 

  • After the Initial Deposit has been paid, you may "Choose Your Payment-plan Option": The Balance of the Adoption can be paid using the following options.

(*** Note:  The Remaining Balance of Payments Will Be Equally Split Based on the Number of Weeks in your selected Plan***)

                                 

                                   --  30 Days = 1 Month (Paid Bi-weekly over the next 4 weeks)  = 2 Biweekly Payments

                                   --  60 Days = 2 Months (Paid Bi-weekly over the next 8 weeks) = 4 Biweekly Payments

​                                   --  90 Days = 3 Months (Paid Bi-weekly over the next 12 weeks) = 6 Biweekly Payments

  • Payment-Plan Timeframes cannot be adjusted after they begin so please make your selection carefully!​

  • Payments are due promptly on the pre-determined biweekly dates set by the invoice.

Customers who do not communicate with me prior to a missed payment, will forfeit all deposit money and any previous payments paid to-date after 2 days of the missed payment (*unless other terms have been agreed upon between me and the customer). The baby doll will be re-listed to the public for immediate sale after the 2nd day (close of business 5 PM EST) of a missed payment.

I will not chase down payments under any circumstances. No notification will be given beyond the 2nd day of a missed payment. Your baby will be re-listed for adoption, so please communicate if payment issues arise.  

  • Only 1 Active Payment-Plan Allowed Per Customer!

  • Customers who have had a previous terminated Payment Plan with Fleur Bébés Nursery may NOT request a future Payment Plan.

Steps To Start Your Payment-Plan:

Step 1. ---- Check The Baby's Posting to ensure it is still an available doll.

Step 2. ---- Please Check the Full Price of the Baby's adoption fees and read the entire description of the doll to learn about the baby's details and what the baby will come home with so you can understand what you will be invoiced for. *Please remember that your States Sales Tax Rate + Shipping Cost will be added into the final invoice.  For International (Foreign) Customers, A Sales Tax will be calculated at a standard rate of 7%. 

Step 3. -----  Please be prepared to pay the 30% deposit amount immediately upon receiving your Pay-Pal Invoice from me if your request for a Payment-plan has been accepted. 

Step 4. ----- Determine Which Payment-Plan will work best for you to pay off the remaining balance.... 30, 60, or 90 days. Remember that payments are due bi-weekly.

Step 5. ----- Submit the Request for Payment Plan Form (directly below) .... you will receive a reply from me within the same day (sometimes within the hour but, my reply could take longer so please be patient) letting you know if your request was accepted or denied and if so, next steps.
